The plunge.

We’ll start by immersing ourselves in your culture, so we can identify the issues you face, the audiences that matter most, and what success looks like. It’s a deep dive that happens fast -- which is why it’s called a plunge. We’ll synthesize the findings into a communications strategy that takes you where you want to go.

Finding the story.

When navigating through ambiguity, you need messages that are exciting, compelling, and simple. Together, we’ll connect the dots and craft the messages that will help your organization move into a new reality. 

Activate and assess.

Based on the strategy and themes, we’ll create an action plan that balances quick wins and longer-term goals. Through regular dashboard reports, we’ll assess the project performance and pivot whenever needed.
